What kind of properties do you buy?
We specialize in single family homes, town houses, row houses, condominiums, and duplexes, but we will also buy land and commercial properties.
Are you real estate agents?
We are not real estate agents. We do not want to list your property - we want to buy it.
My property is already listed with a real estate agent. Can you still buy it?
Absolutely! If you have a property that is listed with an agent and you need to sell it quickly, or if it has been listed for a long time without a sale, call us.
Where we buy houses...
We are based in Baltimore City, however, we will purchase properties anywhere in the Maryland, Southern Pennsylvania, Delaware area. Give us a call. Even if we don't purchase in your area, we work with other investors who do and can refer you to them.
Will you buy rental property?
If you are a landlord and you are tired of renters not paying the rent, breaking up your property, and calling you in the middle of the night, we can help you. We can buy your property, no matter what shape it is in, even if it still has "problem" tenants in it.
What does Sell Your Property "As Is" mean?
One of the biggest problems with selling a property quickly (especially a "distressed" property) is getting it ready to sell. If you are in a hurry, or your cash is limited, fixing up the house can create a real problem for you.
But if you don't fix it, you know it will be very difficult to sell. New owners don't want to buy a house that needs cleaning or lots of work.
That's where we can help you. We can buy your house in any condition. You don't have to fix it. You don't have to paint it. You don't even have to clean it.
Can you buy my house if I am in bankruptcy?
Depending on your circumstances, bankruptcy should not stop you from selling your house. It might add some delay and complications, but it can usually be done. Speak to your bankruptcy attorney.
How much will your services cost me?
There is no charge for our services.
What do I do if you can't buy my property?
The properties we buy must meet certain criteria (after all, we are investors). If yours doesn't, we may still be able to help you sell your property. We work very closely with other investors and we may be able to refer your case to someone with a different set of buying criteria.
We may also find that your best solution is to list your property with a Realtor. In that case, we will be able to refer you to a Realtor who can help you sell your house.
What are my risks?
Your biggest risk is to do nothing. It only takes a phone call to find out if we can buy your property. Our operator will take your information and we will be able to tell you within a day whether we can buy your property or not.
